Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the bellezzainvitations.com website (the “Service”) operated by Bellezza Invitations (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Privacy

We strongly respect your privacy.  In order to fulfill your order, we may require that you provide us with certain personal information.  Such information will not be used for any purpose beyond communicating with you and fulfilling your order.  We will never share or sell your information with or to any third party.

Bellezza Invitations reserves the right to reproduce any artwork or designs for promotional material.

Business Hours

Bellezza Invitations operates Monday-Friday 9-3 Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on weekends and major Holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).

If the studio will be closed during our regular business hours, we will post these dates in our store notice at the top of the website, social media accounts and in our email signature at least 7 days prior.

Payments & Pricing

Bellezza Invitations accepts credit card payments or PayPal.

Pricing on our website represents price in USD. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

Quantities:

The minimum quantity invitations is 20. It is recommended to order extra for keepsakes and last minute guests. Once your contract is signed quantities cannot be increased or decreased. If there is a need for extra invitations, they can be ordered separately and the minimums will apply as stated above.  (A timeline will be given for the extra pieces at the time of ordering)

Color:

Colors can vary:

  • from what is displayed on computer screens
  • between different dye lots for paper, envelopes and/or embellishments
  • between ink color on different print runs

    It is possible that subtle variances in color can occur. This is a natural effect of the processes that cannot be avoided. Stationery cannot be refunded or returned because of color variances. Bellezza Invitations stationery products are of the highest quality and we can assure you that our stationery is created to professional industry standards.

    Process:

    1. Select suite option, quantity, & print method. Complete the checkout process.
    2. We will send a wedding invitation form to the email provided in your order to collect your event details, wording, and color choices.
    3. Your initial proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days after we have received your completed form back. 
    4. With your approval your order will go into production.

    Your order includes an initial proof and up to 3 wording revisions, any additional wording revisions will be billed separately at $35 per round.

    Printing & Production:
    Digital Printing
    2-3 weeks after proof approval
    Foil Printing 3-4 weeks after proof approval
    Embellishments add an additional 2 weeks 
    Shipping:
    Shipping takes an additional 2-7 business days approximately (this is an estimate & can take longer, 
    delivery date is not guaranteed)

    This timeline is an estimate only. We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

    *Custom Orders production times vary and can take up 12 weeks after approval*

    Proofing:

    A  proof will be sent via email to client for review.  An initial proof + 3 rounds of  wording revisions are included (4 emailed proofs total). Once we reach your 5th proof (your 4th round of wording changes), a fee of $35 per additional round will be billed and due before changes are made.

    Revisions are limited to wording changes. Any changes to fonts, layouts, and/or designs are not included. 

    It is  your responsibility to carefully review proofs for any error. That includes/but is not limited to: spelling, accuracy, completeness, layout, website URLS, phone numbers, directions, etc. Once final approval is given any errors are corrected at your expense.

    Rush Orders

    Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 4 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 30% to your order total. You must email us prior to ordering, if we can accamodate your rush order we will setup a private listing for you.

    *Custom Orders cannot be rushed*

    Shipping

    All physical orders are shipped USPS Priority, which may take between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, we are no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will be emailed to you. We strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment. 

    If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hrs  of receiving your shipment. In case of shipping damage keep all items, boxes and packaging. Take clear photos of the boxes and damaged items so an insurance claim can be initiated.

    Returns & Cancellations

    Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-returnable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on the part of Bellezza Invitations, we will do our best to correct the problem. 

    Prior to final approval, if a project is cancelled a 50% refund will be given. Once final approval has been given order will go immediately into production no cancellations or refunds will be given.

    If we have made an error (If your printed order does not match the proof you approved) the incorrect item(s) will be reprinted at no cost to you.

    Sample packs are final sale and non-refundable. 

    Client Approved Errors

    Carefully review your proofs for any errors/omissions prior to giving your final approval. If there is any errors/omissions in your proof & you approve the incorrect proof, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.

    We cannot make any changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.

    Samples 

    We offer a Sample Box including  invitation suites, color charts, paper/envelope swatches, and embellishments so you can experience our high quality in person. Sample invitations are not personalized and contain a variety of our designs. Sample boxes ship within 3-5 business days via usps. Sample prices will be credited if you proceed with a full order.

    Embellished Invitations

    We will handle assembly of all embellishments that you have ordered. such as vellum, liners, ribbon, wax seals, etc. Due to the handmade nature of the goods created and purchased,  there may be very slight variations in each item.

    You are responsible for the the assembly of the final product in preparation for mailing such as inserting finished pieces into envelopes, and purchasing and applying stamps. 

    Postage

    Postage to mail invitations to guests is your responsibility. Bellezza Invitations makes no implied claims or warranties for the cost of postage to mail invitations. Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape and/or thickness of the finished piece. Bring a completed invitation to the post office to find out how much postage is needed, also inquire about hand canceling invitations.

    Bellezza Invitations is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process. Bellezza Invitations is not responsible for any damages to items once out of possession, including damages or loss incurred as a result of postal equipment, shipping equipment, inclement weather, or other situations beyond SELLER's control. 

    Bellezza Invitations is not responsible for any damages incurred during mailing or invitations that are not delivered.
