What is Included?

Investment

The minimum investment for a custom design is $3500. The average final investment after upgrades is around $8,000. When you submit an inquiry, you will receive a proposal based on your style, needs, and priorities. It would be my honor to bring your vision to life and make the very most of your budget — with a truly stunning invitation suite you’ll always remember.

Timeline

Custom orders need to be placed at least 9-12 months before wedding date.

We will work backwards from your wedding date to craft a detailed timeline specific to your wedding & needs. We will be provide your timeline with your contract.

Turnaround time begins once contract is signed & 50% payment is made.

Expect 8-12 weeks for production on average.

Process

Process for Custom Design:

  1. Consultation: We’d love to learn more about you and your wedding vision. You’re welcome to schedule a phone consultation here, or if you prefer to connect via email, simply fill out this form to get started.
  2. Proposal: After your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal with three tailored package options based on your vision and needs. We’ll also include a dreamy mood board.
  3. Booking: Once you’ve selected your package, simply review and sign your contract, submit your wording form, and pay the non-refundable retainer to reserve your custom design. Nothing is final at this stage — upgrades and design choices can be refined along the way. We’ll guide you through each step to ensure everything feels just right before we go to print.
  4. Design & Proofing: Initial design proof will be created within 7-14 business days.  Unlimited wording revisions are included in Custom Design orders. Revisions will take 2-3 business days per round.
  5. Printing & Production: Once order is perfect- with your signed approval it will move to production. Depending on complexity allow up to 12 weeks for completion.
  6. Assembly & Mailing: Your invitations will be professionally assembled by us, brought to the post office to be weighed for postage. We will apply postage according to USPS and mail them to your guests. Detailed pictures and video of this process will be provided.
