Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer a Wedding Sample Box. We include invitation suites, color charts, paper/envelope swatches, and embellishments so you can experience our high quality in person. Sample invitations are not personalized and contain a variety of our designs. Sample boxes ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. 

Each Sample Box includes:

  • wedding invitation brochure
  • 2 complete digital flat printed invitation suites from our collection
  • Gold Foil Sample 
  • Embellishments including silk ribbon, wax seals, envelope liners, vellum wraps, and guest addressing. 
  • ink Color chart printed on white matte and off white matte cardstock
  • Envelope color chart

When should I order my wedding invitations?

Ideally wedding invitations should be ordered 6 months before your wedding, to allow time for proofing, production, and shipping. Typically invitations should be mailed out to your guests around 3 months before your wedding date, so it is important to place your order with enough time.

What is the ordering process?

1- Our process begins with choosing your design from our collection. You will select your options, print method, quantity  and purchase the listing. 

2- We will send you an order form to collect your wording, details, color choices along with our contract. Hit submit right from the forms. 

3- We will begin designing your proof and will send your initial proof within 3 business days. 4 proofs are included in your order.

4- After your have approved your proof your order will be sent to production. Production takes 4-6 weeks.

What is your Cancellation, Refund Return policies?

Due to the personalized nature of our products returns or exchanges are NOT available.

Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on our part, we will do our best to correct the problem.

If you need to cancel contact us right away:

If you choose to cancel before any design work was begun (before submitting wording order form & signing the contract) full refund will be given.

Once  your order form and contract are received we begin working on designing your proof and ordering materials right away. If you choose to cancel after you have submitted your wording form and contract you will receive a 50% refund. 

Once you have approved your final proof your order immediately moves into production. NO changes to the design, refunds, or cancellations after final approval will be made. 

Do you offer a Custom Design Option?

Yes, I love to work on custom designs however, I only accept 2 custom orders per month. To get started with a custom design fill out this inquiry form.

Custom design is fully designed from scratch for your wedding to tell your love story. Pricing is dependent on many factors custom design begins at $2500 for a quantity of 100 suites. With most custom Bellezza clients spending approximately $5000 for a full custom suite.

Fonts, colors, etc will be customized to your exact wedding color scheme. Watercolor monograms & illustrations can be added. Foil, letterpress, or digital printing is available for fully-custom orders. As well as hand selected embellishments to match your design.

Process for Custom Design:

  1. Fill out inquiry form with your date ( we only accept 2 custom jobs per month)
  2. We will email you within 1-2 business days. If we are available for your date- we will set up a complimentary zoom meeting/phone call to meet and discuss your options.
  3. We will create a proposal quote based on our meeting.
  4. Sign contract, choose options from the proposal & pay retainer for custom design, fill out wording form. Retainers are non refundable.
  5. Initial design proof will be created within 7-14 business days. 3 different design proofs are included based on our consultation. Unlimited wording revisions are included in Custom Design orders.
  6. Once order is perfect- with your approval it will move to production. Depending on complexity allow up to 12 weeks for completion.

Custom orders need to be placed at least 9-12 months before wedding date.

We offer a complimentary color chart, so you can get a feel for our paper and printing quality. You can request a free color chart here. (color charts are included in sample box)

You can order a sample box to view our invitation suites, print methods (digital & foil), and embellishments in person. Sample boxes are credited if you proceed with a full order.
